Event description

Pro-VIDE Law is pleased to announce that it is hosting a seminar focusing on breach of duty in cases of mesothelioma.

The event will be held at DWF’s Birmingham office.

Participants and their topics include:

  • Charles Feeny, Barrister, Complete Counsel, “Breach and minimal exposure”;
  • Dr Charles Hind, Consultant Chest Physician, “Developments and trends in diagnosis and treatment”;
  • Martin Stear, Chartered Occupational Hygienist, “The developing knowledge of risk from ACMs in the structure of buildings”; and
  • Derek Adamson- Solicitor DWF, Chairman.

The event is free of charge and carries 2 CPD points (SRA accreditation only).
