Called to the Bar in 2006, James is a persuasive advocate who has acted on behalf of the Serious Fraud Office in respect of the LIBOR fixing scandal. He assisted in the Limitation Periods chapter of ‘Asbestos Claims: Law, Practice and Procedure (3rd Edition) and is Lexis Nexis’ current expert on catastrophic injuries. James is instructed by both Claimants and Defendants and is also involved in two large group action claims.
